Could Azarl bring down a segment off the dome on the North upper gallery to scatter Xavier's and Gallador's opposition, while they try to get out of there?

I think I have 3 Force points remaining, I will spend it all on the roll to get the saber, using coordination to avoid attacks. Can Lucky merit also help it?

How good at defense with the Saber is Gallador, if he gets the saber and isn't very good maybe he should give it to Xavier and let him do it while you continue to use Coordination. Plus it would make Xavier a bigger target then Gallador so he may not take as much fire

Okay, I have eight, so I think i can spend 4 on Guidance to get the saber. I cannot also spend points on Sidestep to reduce the attacks on me?

Guidance doesn't give auto-successes, it improves the value of the die rolled, so if you roll lots of 1s and 2s you are still out of luck. We shall see!
Sidestep only affects one attack.
