But I'm not sure if Flash has enough raw power to KO Hulk, especially when he's pissed-off.

With C.I.S on, yea he could tag him with something like a ground stomp or thunder clap. It's been done before to the Flash and the Hulk has used these tactics before on speedsters so it should work.

He definitely has the power out put to knock out the Hulk if he wanted to. Infinite Mass Punch for the win!
