Actually, in WW Ganon tells Link flat out he isn't going to kill him, just take his piece of the triforce. That's besides the point though.
This thread assumes they've already teamed up. By this definition, they've already beaten Ultimecia She just can't stand up to the power of friendship. Especially not if they wish to be the best friends evar!

They don't really even have to, but I do find that option hilarious. Besides, they both have the full triforce, one of them wishes for that, the other one wishes for a clown filled with candy.
Ganon might not even get a wish from the Trueforce. It's been a while since I played the game but I think it only granted the wishes of a person with a pure heart. So for Ganon it just amp'd his power.

Triforce can only grant one wish, and it can't even be used in a battle or else the fight in LttP wouldn't have happened. It's power doesn't even extend from the golden land into Hyrule, meaning it's a joke to planet busters, much less universe enders. Ultimecia solos, lollinkfans.
Pleez people, the Triforce has it's limits it's not omnipotent and I know TC takes time. Ultimecia can't absorb the universe instantly or even close to it and she can be stopped in the middle of it.

This is a total fail, because Link had the master sword. Which is stated directly in the game you're trying to use as evidence to be a failsafe for the triforce.
Fact 1. Friendship > Ultimecia.
Fact 2. Link could easily wish for friendship.
Faxt 3. Game over.
According to the Essence of the Triforce itself, Ganon made one wish, but due to poor wording the Triforce decided to screw him over. Link then goes on to make 16 freaking wishes.
