Excellent Sci-fi/fantasy surrealisist steampunk French/German/Spanish flick from Jean Pierre Jeunet and Marco Caro.

Stars Ron Perlman and influenced films like Dark City, The Fifth Element and more including games like Bio-Shock.

Love this film. It's so bizarre and hypnotic.

I don't know where you plucked German and Spanish from.... It is very much a French film. Granted it had a few foreign production companies but it had French writers... French directors and a French cast. (minus the obvious)
