battle takes place in a battle world NYC setting start off point 30 yards apart... use of terrain is allowed, ko, kill cis on morality on.
battle takes place at dusk. only basic public knowledge of the character is allowed unless the person specifically knows them.
flight is limited to below the city skyline.


teams have bn kidnapped by aliens and are holding another contest...
