Deadpool vs. Ghost

Deadpool would have a difficult time hitting ghost (intangibility) but he could gas him. Ghost, on the other hand, would have to overcome DPs healing factor, given that his current modus operandi seems to be going tangible while inside people. Seems close to a stalemate, thus the prep time. Which one could more easily overcome the other's defense?

Patrick swayze vs anyone would clearly be spite, since it has been stated several times on panel he is The One Above All.

with a day of prep ghost could probably come up with some acoustic isolation for that suit of his. but deadpool would have the teleporting gizmo, this could go either way
