Hope Flynn isnt gonna just be a small thing in this.
Forget the son.
Thats just generic shit.

The original character is where the story is at.
This could be a mistake like Indy IV was with LeBeouf, the needless addition of the kid in BB 2000 other than the need to get bucks from the young crowd, which f**ked up that movie, dilluting it for they younger audience and ruining the tone and humour that made the original great etc...

And why is the Tron world super rendered with flashy looking shit...?
It was more powerful I think, when more basic and only quasi real looking..... Even if Flynn made it that way (He is a programmer), the hardware that that arcade was running was basic.

That asthetic was part of the charm, lookwise, now it just looks generic hollywood with a tron theme to the design.

Naturally I'll reserve judgement til Ive seen the thing...
