Rose has too few appearances. Based on the respect she was given, and what we were led to believe about her as the embodiment of an abstract, she wins. Based on feats, she loses. It's Dr. Manhattan vs. Superman all over again.
Her power is pretty much killing whatever she shoots at, period. I think she's somewhat superhuman physically too.
Between the two, they *might* kill her, but at least one of them is dead, and not too rarely both will be. Rose won't hesitate or miss no matter what they do.
