What puppets does Sasori get to use? Third Kazekage & his parents? Does he start off inside Hiruko (turtle like puppet with the scorpion tail)?
Don't think any puppet could get past Susano'o though.

Itachi. Not really fair, considering amaterasu is better than any of Sasori's puppets and Susano'o is the cheapest move evar. Especially Itachi's version with that sword.
dude, itachi stomps easily. there is so much he could do that sasori would not be able to do anything against.

the fact that he would be able to see through anything he does
the fact that he is just crazy powerful in speed, strength, raw power, and skill.
the only thing that sasori might have an advantage against is the poison, and that iron stuff the 4th kazekage used. but neither of those would be much use against itachi. itachi is just to fast for both of them, not to mention sasori would be in a genjutsu from the start
amatarasu burns what it sees, sasori could have stuff floating all around him or just move his heart box thing to a new body while itachi's eye is bleeding and launch needles everywhere from all the puppets simultaneously.
