Hm, I would think the Society team. Cheetah's the biggest threat- she can inflict casualties to even the Titan's heavy hitters pretty fast, and she sliced up Wally when they fought so Bart should be no problem.

Killer Frost is pretty darn dangerous too.

The others aren't quite as powerful but still enough to tie up a lot of the Titans and probably inflict a few casualties.
