Sent to DC universe, no one will be aware of the threat until the attack begins, no time-travelling to stop prep from happening. Prep cannot actively kill or deactivate the powers of any enemy before the three year lapse. Once the time is done, the attack can be detected, but the character is thrown into the universe with their amazed resources and can make the very first attacks stealthy until he or she gets discovered.
