Hey! X can use those moves can't he? In Maverick hunter X, he even shouts Hadouken. Thanx for remindin' me, that was pretty damn cool. X's Hadoukens kill anything that touches it in just 1 hit.

Megaman has much more powers and abilities compared to Ryu. Ryu's only hope is he goes close range and breaks Megaman's arm to disable Megaman's powers.

If Ryu can't KO Hugo with his Shin Shoryuken, what makes you think he can knock out someone as powerful and as durable as X? In Rockman x3 PSX intro, X destroyed a giant battleship easily with his charge shot, dodged lasers, and don't forget a nova strike from X's ultimate armor (Even X doesn't have to use an Ultimate Armor to fight Ryu...). Ryu loses this in every aspect. Ryu gets reipt ayanami by X.

Classic Megaman is capable of lifting at least 800 tons. X is an all around better version of him.
Original Mega Buster was > Steel, X has version 17.
X has the advantage of fighting in an all out war for I'd guess about 40 years. I could be wrong on that amount of time. He's fought opponents that are faster and stronger than Ryu. Ryu will not win.
