Hmmm....tough. If Orion can hit Zoom then he should have a chance here, however if Zoom is really pushing the limits of his power Orion shouldn't even be able to see him. It has been stated by Wonder Woman that Zoom hits harder than Superman so it's possible for Zoom to dish out enough damage to take Orion down.
