I think all of them are real fights. Manchester can shut a lot of the Avengers down. Vera's team, being more physical, has a rougher time of it, but having another brick is nice.
Coldcast is powerful, but energy powers aren't exactly the best thing against Thor, so he definitely needs help on that one.
Menagerie could likely fight Ms. Marvel pretty well and possibly win (either).
Hat didn't get all that much screen time, so he's kinda tricky to debate (btw, I think it's the same guy, just different forms). We know he's fairly invulnerable and has elemental magic, and fairly strong magic at that, but not a ton of combat info. He should at least be able to hold off some Avengers.
I'd say, due to numbers and not really having much dead weight, the Avengers'll probably win each, save maybe the first team due to the telepathy factor.
All the Elite teams are outnumbered.
Also, try subbing in Wally for Cassandra in the last one. He was part of the that team as well.
What's Cassandra going to do against Iron Man, Thor, Ms Marvel, etc?

If they can take down Thor they'll be pretty beat up.
And The Hat may be their Doctor equivalent but he didn't show near as much power. In human form, he killed a Japanese supervillain with what looked like an ice dragon, Black told him to "tell the streets to swallow (alien villain group), and rain acid on their families," (Superman interrupted before it could happen), and his runefield-invulnerability was mentioned. So mainly strong elemental powers.
In demon form, he didn't show that kind of thing (though he was still mentioned as having a connection to the Earth), but appeared quite a bit physically stronger, going toe-to-toe with J'onn for a bit, and he could breath fire.
Hm, I guess between DemonHat, Vera, and Coldcast they might be able to beat Thor and have enough strength left over for the rest, but it'll be close. Wonder Man, Ms. Marvel, and Iron Man are all useful combatants in this fight, and Menagerie can probably take on just one of them (fortunately Coldcast is the only member of the team who'd be vulnerable to Mantis nerve strikes probably).
