Seen as 616 is much more fantastic and high tech, the characters can only use resources that are common to both worlds. So pretty much real world weaponry and tech.
All battles have no time limit and each character is given a photo, the name and basic reputation of his opponent. They can prep as they see fit.
Not sure about that. Of course 616 Bullseye is far above his MAx counterpart, but the MAX punisher is way more hardcore. I think he could take his matches.
