Bullseye vs Joker (better healing)

Both characters supposedly do not have healing factors. Yet both lived through more crap than most of chars with healing factors.

So.. which one of them can take more damage and not die?

Osborn said HAMMER's got great medical care. That doesnt explain how Bullseye was up and fine in just few days after having a hook shoved through his chest.

I think joker has a higher pain threshold at least.He simply laughs basically any injury off

Also, in Salvation Run, he seems to imply that the toxin which he fell into on that fateful night has been burning his skin ever since. Yikes.....
