Ultimate Nullifier vs Void

Apparently Void can only be destroyed/killed for good if he wants to. But with that in mind how does he do against the Ultimate Nullifier when used by Reed Richards?

For the same reason he didn't make Ben look normal. Or cure cancer. Or invent lots of cheap smart robotic hands and legs for people that lost their limbs. Reed being so smart is PIS.

PS: Since Logan can regenerate new organs, he should use this gift to help people.
