can ichigo beat demon eyes?

scenario1: no h2 for ichigo and kyo is in kyoshiro's body and speed is equalized

scenario 2: no restrictions ichi can go h2 if near death and kyo is in his own body

Even with speed equalized, Kyo still has the better techniques.

Is Kyo's speed equalized in Scenario 2? Because he's much faster than H2 Ichigo no expression
