Im still dissapointed with action scenes. The only letdown in otherwise great show. I can only think of one really interesting fight, the sword duel Lin-o had with that evil swordsman. Other scenes are boring, slow and aren't thought through. Also Mum-Ra's transformation was scarier in the old show. Or maybe I just think that because I was a kid back then. Still the show is great. Lovable characters, interesting storyline. And the journey and adventures feel a lot like ATLAB which is great.

I'm actually asking this question because I never saw the reboot. I was wondering if people liked it better than the original, just as much, or not as much. Sometimes, reboots don't match up to the original so I was wondering if this the same thing here.

They took the series in a different direction, which itself wasn't a bad idea given the times. There were some odd points here and there, but overall I though they did a decent job capturing some of the old charm of the original, while bringing in more modern topics. Overall, I thought it was a fun.

Well, that just sucks that a good show like that got cancelled.

Right now, I'm trying to finally complete the original series, in which I always do before looking at reboots of anything.

You're just saying that because Cheetara actually looks ****able in the reboot.

Seriously, though, the original definitely is a product of its era, and it shows. If I hadn't grown up with it, I probably might not be able to enjoy it compared.
