The Celestial Nullifier was never fired on Mad Jim Jaspers from the 616 Universe.

Suffice to say imo that if Fury can find out that you need to relocate Mad Jim Jaspers to a reality where there is no reality, then I'm fairly sure that Galactus can find out how to do it.

Go to this site: http://marvel.wikia.com/James_Jaspers_(Earth-616)
Browse down all the way until you see 'Appearances of James Jaspers (Earth-616)'.
Click on it.
All of his appearances are listed there. You can do this for nearly every marvel character. DC's site sucks though.
