1- Hulk. He destroyed the entire X-Men line-up, (And he humiliated both Wolverine and Colossus by doing so), kicking the crap out of the avengers, almost one-shotted Thing, beat the shit out of Hercules, out-powered the Sentry, aka the biggest PIS character ever, only behind Sups and Bats, etc, etc. An intelligent and strategical Hulk, with gladiator fighting style training and the potential of strenght even over the Savage Hulk version? What kind of chance Thor would have against this version, if CIS is on?
2- With what he did in the past, Thor should have no problem ever against the Hulk. He should beats him 10/10, every day of the weeks, by absorb the gamma radiation, or by tp him into a supernova, or whatever, he has a lot of option under the hand.
But since that Thor is a bit 'tard, he'll go fight him, and that's when he'd get he's ass handled by this version of Hulk.
You think Bats and Superman are that high ranking in the PIS factor? I can think of characters with way more PIS working in their favor than those two. Sentry is kinda ghey though.
