Just started reading the comics and I cant put them down. Theres so much death that I wonder how true to the comic it will be. Some of the prison scenes are too gruesome.

Most likey did

The Walking Dead comic started in 2003 and 28 days later came out in 2002.

I read that the tv series wont an exact adaptation of the comic. Having read the whole series, I welcome the changes. I always wondered about Lori's fate in the comic. Maybe the tv series will go in a different direction.
