So they are having one last season that is partially/loosely based on the comics, and when that is done, the original show will be concluded, but then they will be having a Daryl and Carol spinoff show... Yep, milking it as expected.
Between that and the cringy kid led WD World Beyond show, not much left to see of this dead horse they keep beating.
I figured Beta would have some kind of anticlimactic death, but seems the fan disappointment on how he went out was amplified from this show suddenly coming back after months and months of covid hiatus. Totally worth the wait... Not.
While I’m sure it’ll get boring again, the season 6 premiere of FEAR THE WALKING DEAD was pretty darn good.
It had some good zombie killing action, some good fighting between live ppl, a new bad guy, and last season’s bad guy (gal) got a nice oh shit moment she totally deserved.
The angst was kept to toloerable levels.

Morgan’s new look and weapon... (please log in to view the image)
...are on point.
Fear The Walking Dead continues to actually be interesting this season. Every ep. has been on point.
Finally got to see Morgan use the axe for a whole scene.
He incorporates his aikido slash bo staff style w. the deadlier weapon to good effect. One strike straight up disemboweled an attacking bad guy.
Anyone else happy that this trainwreck of a series is ending at season 11.
Why did AMC sugar coat the Governor so much?, he was so squeamish at being evil to people like he was full of regret doing that. He's way too campy in the TV show. Merle Dixon was already campy enough.
In real life people like Joseph Stalin, Pablo Escobar, Adolf Hitler, Idi Amin, Genghis Khan, and Nero are far scarier than Walking Dead TV show villains.

Not sure who Flanders is supposed to be.
Maggie w. the Sheriff’s hat is so cute, though.
Took me a moment to realize Rod and Todd were Lisa’s pet walkers!
