Crap...I was going to suggest a giant magent.Actually just attach him to the magnet then drop him in the ocean.Then bomb the ocean.I'm sure batman has a spare nuke or two.

If you attach him to the magnet, all he has to do is change back to normal. Does Bats even have a super magnet lying around that can be turned to full power with the flip of a switch?
