 Deathstroke vs X-Men

Deathstroke has access to over sixty hours worth of Danger Room footage and one day to prepare a strategy to defeat the following X-Men team:
Cyclops
Beast
Shadowcat
Nightcrawler
Angel
Cannonball

With his gear consisting of his sword, an MP-5 smg, a few flashbang grenades, and his trusty bo-staff can he take down the X-Men?

Encounter takes place in a random street in downtown New York, the X-Men don't know he's gunning for them.
