 Marvel Space Vs Marvel Earth

Ok, lets say that somekind of event/Action has occur that has pitted/made Marvel space hero's(only good guys) go into battle Vs Marvel Earth hero's(only good guys)

The Space Hero's will enter Earth led by there team leader(Gladiator) as he leads his team Vs Thor's team and his own big 6 to defend Earth.. There is no prep time as this first encounter has happened to fast that neither team was able to prep....

Silver Surfer has not allied himself with anyone and will not fight, Nova allies himself with the Earth team. Star-Lord, Peter Quill Follows Gladiator and joins his team upon Kallark's request ....

The big 6 of Marvel Space are as follow...

Marvel Space Big 6:

Gladiator
Star-Lord
Super-Skrull
Firelord
Moondragon
Drax

Vs

Marvel Earth Big 6:

Thor
Iron Man
WW Hulk
Nova(Rider)
Emma Frost
Namor

Who wins the initial first fight ?
