Born to wealthy parents on the day that ushered in the season of fall in 1971, William White lived a quite life in Las Vegas. His father however wasted away working and gambling in Vegas and his mother spent money faster than an atm machine at the local clubs, shopping and drinking. Needless to say, it was rare when they paid any attention to William, they didn't know anything about their son. His favorite thing to do as a child was to color, he was fascinated by color. Red, green, blue, yellow, purple, black and white, he was a slave to it's charm. William was teased often in school for his duo-tone colored eyes and pale skin, a freak they would call him. It wasn't until he was fifteen years of age that he realized why he was the way he was.
Walking on the red underage path through one of the many casino's that Vegas hosted hoping to find his father, he stumbled upon two aged men harassing a young lady. When he yelled for help, one of the men turned their attention too William. The man grabbed William by the collar and yanked him over to their corner. "Stop trying to be a hero kid!"
The man glanced to the other then he continued to stare at the kid, noticing his wicked red and green eyes along with his pale skin. "What should we do with this freak?"
....but before the other man could respond....
The whole casino began changing colors, the once red path turned green then blue, the lights flashed quickly from purple to brown. The two men began to 'freak out' as their very own shirts turned to a bright yellow than dark blue and bluish grey. William's skin changed color too blood red, than pack to pale. The man that had him by the collar let go as he fell to the floor violently shaking. The other tried to run but tripped over William's leg, William reached down and grabbed him by the arm trying to help. He was just as confused and scared as everyone else, but the man went blind after the touch running into slot machine after slot machine. The whole place was in chaos, looting at the tables and bars, until it finally stopped...
Seventeen years later William has learned how to control his abilities, in fact he has yet to figure out how to do what he did years ago when his powers first surfaced. To change colors on so many objects was something he was still learning, but in the process he's performing new ones. He figured out how he could blind one by touch even though there are side effects, he loses his power for a length of time. His body can change different colors to blend in like a chameleon for a short period of time. Nowadays he continues to pefect his powers and putting them to good use whenever possible.

You might want to have a back-up power, light some fighting skills or a gun. Also, you need a template. You would fall under Freak, because those powers are really strange...not that I don't like the idea. I would freak out if you could change everything white like nothingness or black like a dark room...

Background: Born in New York, New York, Colin grew up in the city. His parents were always busy, and he was left with a nanny that he really really hated. His parents would hang out and play with him on weekends, and did so until he was 14. They had gone to the movies to see a movie about some guy who called himself Batman. Colin had enjoyed the movie, but on the way home, some gangsters mugged his parents and shot them. Then they turned on Colin. The leader fired twice with a pistol. Colin stuck out his hand as if to shield himself, but a rippling wave shot out from his hand. The rippling ring went around the bullets and into the leader's face. The two bullets stopped, and the leader's face was stuck in mid-air, frozen in a grim smile. Colin freaked out and moved back, losing focus on whatever he had done. The bullets shattered two holes in the concrete, and the leader freaked out and ran. Colin had discovered his ability to stop time.

History: Ever since she was a child, Lily had a fascination with animals, cats in particular. When she was born, small claws at the tip of her fingers were visible through the x-rays. This frightened her parents, causing them to disown her. Her grandmother, who raised her since she was born, noticed this trait and surrounded Lily in a cat-like environment, making her cat costumes, teaching her how to see in the dark, and the ability the camouflage herself. Once her grandmother died when Lily was mearly 10 years old, she was left alone to be raised by the cats, who considered her one of them. Lily taught herself how to sow, allowing her to make more detailed costumes. Roaming the streets, she uses her claws for good, helping strangers in danger. Lily now has no home and still holds nine lives.

I'll help you with templates, Allor, don't worry. Basically I let you come up with the power and then I classify it depending on how you got the power and what that power is.

They were always on the move with raids sailing from one country to another never settling dwn. Jon taught his daughter how to fight and defend herself with many weapons. She mostly uses bows and arrows, spears, axes, and swords. Her favorite is the sword. Her superhero powers developed when she was a teenager. They deal with water.
