Eh even without feats i think the fight is pretty unfair based on those three mk guys powers with them not being limited by gameplay will pretty much be death moves.

I'll go with the Mortal Kombat shinobi.

I'd also like to add that the Mewtwo vs. Magneto battle would be horrible. Neither the anime nor the manga is canon, and all Mewtwo have in the games are a few sentences (one or two per game) of description.
