It all depends on how their damage soak stacks up to Shiva's stamina. No matter who wins both Punisher and Wildcat are going to be ****ed up by the end of it with lots of bruises, lacerations, and fractures.

It's worth noting that throughout her career, fighting all kinds of foes, the first time Shiva has ever been shot was Blackest Night, so yea, she's darned hard to hit. Though at least gun fire may give a little breathing room.

Between nerve strikes and leopard blow, simple damage resistance doesn't do all that much.
Ok, but there's still the leopard blow factor. Shiva has no problem inflicting gross physical injuries to the like of Killer Croc quickly, she demonstrably doesn't need pressure points to hurt tough targets. Was your guess right?
Even if the pair win, probably one of 'em's going down. It's not out of the question for her to get one of them down before they can take advantage of their numbers either.
I'm pretty darn sure she was utilizing pressure points with Croc. Also, Wildcat has spanked Croc with brute force, not pressure points.
if connor hawke pre-amp can endure a beating from Shiva, and give her substantial injuries as well, so can either of this pair. He's more skilled as well, but not as strong or durable pre-amp than either of these two, arguably not even post amp. I really don't see either of them going down, and certainly not so fast that they can't work together. Both are under-rated h2h combatants. Punisher has slugged it out with many of marvel's best, and Ted has trained some of DC's best, while being considered by the JSA to be the best fighter in the world.
one thing that should be exknowledged about the whole Frank resist pressure points from DD, is that Shiva unlike DD is willing to kill. I actually like to see how Punisher would stack against current DD mentality.
