Is this the author's attempt to save face with Bow-girl(yeah I went back to calling Mildred this) because its not working.
Oh and it looks like we're finally getting that Kenichi and Kajima fight. Wonder whether or not it'll be an actually fight or if Kenichi will get a Sho Kano level ass-beating.

it would seem so. and like was said in the chapter, she was still prepping something. so who knows, maybe next chapter or so, she'll do something amazing. at any rate, she's actually forcing Ryozanpaku back a bit, so that must count for something.
given how easily Kajima seemed to overpower Kenichi there, along with that empathy skill of his from long ago.... shoot, Kenichi might get trounced around a bit.
But he still refers to himself as a disciple class...I think.
Kenichi said that he hits like a master. So with his punches and kicks being augmented with seals, he is upgrading, at least his strikes, to master class. Kenichi would know because he ****ing fights masters every day. lol

well it's not necessarily the seals augmenting his power, I think. sounds too... I don't know supernatural-ish for this series. it's some kind of technique/movement/whatever-you-wish-call-it that just lets him strike harder.
still doesn't change the fact that so far Kajima is handling Kenichi with little difficulty.

eh, possibly. but Kano underestimated Kenichi at points. Kajima, being more or less and evil Kenichi, knows that holding back at all can be stupid, so he'll keep on the attack probably.

looks like this chapter was more or less a Kushinada pwnage/fanservice chapter... or is it Master Boobies, as some of you call her?
and it looks like even the weapons disciples aren't too good; they're fighting at a level or two below the Shinpaku Alliance for the time being, it would seem, though it's probably because of the gear that the good guys have.
and good god, that bottom right panel on page 15 or so. Mildred's disciple provided an unbelievable amount of fanservice (not on Miu's level, let alone Shigure's) with just that one pose.
Yep Master Boobies pwnage is awesome. I do like how she gave no shits about Kensei groping her and got out of it in the same panel.
Nope, even w/o the gear the weapon disciples would still have the same amount of trouble dealing with the Shinpaku Alliance. Guess the author is trying to make a point here. However Shigure immediately makes that point moot.
Well unlike her master she seems to be able to keep her clothes on: so that's a plus I guess.

yeah, same here. just goes to show that there are female masters that 1. are immune to the shame of modesty and 2. are very damn powerful seeing as she is casually doing all of this.
I suppose. then again, all of the weapons disciples seem pretty cocky, even when compared to the unarmed ones, so eh.
only because Kensei isn't there to strip her nude... though the way she dodged her arrow when Siegfried deflected it...
Well only two elite female master like Shigure and Master Boobies have this trait. One got pwned by modesty while the other was a panel away from the same fate.
Yeah they are pretty cocky, and pretty underwhelming. Michael's disciple is just as unimpressive as his master.
There is also this to consider, though as of late I find it would be less likely.
I liked the Master Boobies fanservice, personally.
But I'm just a younger, taller version of Kensei-ma, haha.
I also liked that fact that Master Boobies seems to be WTF-pwning everyone. She is proving that she is genuinely a Legendary Grand Master that can at least be considered in the same class as Hayato. That's exactly what I wanted to see: something that shows that there is a definitive gap between the Grand Masters and the Legendary Grand Masters.
The author, Matsuena, is doing a decent job of keeping the classes genuinely tiered. The Disciple, Expert, Master, Elite Master, Grand Master, and Legendary Grand Master classes all seem to be distinct classes of power and prowess.

Yeah, at first I wasn't sure what to think of the fanservice however I've grown an appreciation for it after a second reading. Though a part of me still finds it ridiculous how she's able to move like that despite her cleavage size: sure sure you could argue for all the other big-boobed girls in this series but she has by far the largest bust. Wait does this mean Boobs=power?
but perversion aside, yeah I like how she's casually pwning the super-master class figthers.

possibly. and with all the training and inhuman strength all martial artists go through/have, moving with those jugs probably is nothing compared to flipping tanks and stuff.
and yeah, he's definitely doing a good job of keeping the tiers in order. nice to see an author do things like that rather than have some so-called lower tiered character taking out a higher tiered one with less difficulty than expected or something.
