ken would win. paul would stand a good chance tho. but ken is equal to ryu or better. ryu has beaten akuma who can easily kill anyone in tekken. ryu can dodge bullets wich if u add speed to your punches you will find that it makes u hit a hell of a lot harder. his hadokens can destroy buildings (thats his normal hadokens) he can power up his hadokens and if we are goin off of all the games ryu can shoot a blast equivalent to dbz kamehamehas. and ryu has gone up with more better characters then the ones from tekken. street fighter has bin thru so many cross overs that they are ready for anything that they go up against unless its just someone ridiculous like superman and ppl like tht.
and btw did anyone see ryu go up against asura from the game called asuras wrath? ryu survived a damn punch to the moon from earth and ties with the guy he is fighting. and ken is supposed to be almost as good as ryu. so their is no way that paul can stand up to ken
