Which race seemed more powerful? Not including Mandrakk or Primal Monitor, of course.

The Quantum Mechanics were responsible for creating Heaven's Ladder. What is Heaven's Ladder? It is a gargantuan ship composed of numerous planets. Here's HL in comparison to earth:

Since the Monitors were 'children' (angels) to the the Primal Monitor (Supreme being) I'll go with them. But I like some of the ideas behind the Mechanics.
