They just bump into each other and its all out attack.
Which ship stands the best shot of coming out on top.

ISD most likely. Hive ships have no shields and are vulnerable to energy weapons and the basestar's most powerful weapon takes several hits to destroy a battlestar class which are very inferior to an ISD.
Wraith ships have shown to stand up to the Ancients,and Asguard energy weapons a fair bit.
Can an ISD be said to have weapons that powerful?
They didn't really show anything that impressive weaponry wise in the movies? (and no I am not counting those in the prequels)
And Wraith ships have been shown to take out shisp with Prementioned A races shields,which are reported to be quite good.
And I am including the use of the fighters of all ships in the equations of this too.
And according to the info I read on Basestars,
they were rated as a much better warship then a battlestar.
Other then the cyclons being kinda stupid at times.
WHat factor would that play?

Imperial Star Destroyer wins. Itīs too big and has too many offensive options for a Wraith Hive ship to stand a chance, and the Cylon basestar is too limited in manouverbility and weaponry.
And if thereīs some Sith lord on board, then it really is over.
Throw a Bablyon 5 Shadow ship in there, smaller ok but it would demolish all three before they knew what was comming.
