Colossus can tank anything Cyclops throws at him besides his GomL blast.
A Fastball special takes him down though...I don't think he can dodge a Wolverine flying at him at 200+ mph.
Angel takes a while, but he goes down simply because he can't hurt Colossus, or permanently hurt Wolverine...and he will get tired.
