Hmm... they don't have a speedster per say, but the magic users can teleport, Rama Khan can control the ground, Tezumak's an incredible quick draw (he hit Wally with his ranged weapons), and they could try a 'blast back with their own big destructive powers to cancel a lot of the effect' thing.
Angel (the alien, and their counter to Supes) had a sonic attack of his own able to hurt Superman and Whaler has GL-ish energy power.
So a voice blast could likely do some damage but is unlikely to stop the team.
Manitou Raven, who's really powerful and managed to throw down with some members of the JLA in the present, even getting them with a paralyzing spell for awhile, can turn himself into a flock of crows and other such things, and he's also able to say 'Inukchuk,' and become a giant magical physical powerhouse.
Gamemnae, who's their leader, an Atlantean sorceress who disparages Manitou Raven's magic (though it's probably not too much stronger) and is a general all-around powerful mage (unless she uses her 'quagmire' spell, which allows her to absorb someone else and gain all their powers).
And Rama Khan, who controls vast magic due to his connection to the soils of his home nation. Mostly elemental stuff, but his visions of the future played a large role in their defeat of the JLA too.
Classic Strange may be able to handle them, but not modern.
BB doesnt have sonic powers, he projects an electron disruption field that ****s matter up and liberates energy from it. Control over it is tied to the speechcenter of his brain. He can probably down any single one of them with a full blown scream and desintegrate any mudane energy or matter counterattacks too, but he is unlikelly to resort to that from the get go, specially with his team arround him, and they have magic.
