Franklin Richard using his powers to the max takes it. Even as a child if he didn't have the inhibitors he put on himself is supposed to be stronger than the endless level beings. He's a stronger reality manipulator than Jaspers when he's actively using his powers and a weak version of Jaspers damaged his universe so badly it had to be destroyed to prevent it from damaging other universes.
