Danial felt the disturbance in the wind as he expected Xanatos was fast maybe even faster then him. The air binder* watched as his opponent pulled his gun and already started increasing the air current between them causing the bullet to slow down just barely and also altered its path just slightly but it was enough for him to side step to the right making the bullet miss its target. Dodging bullets was something he mastered in his home dimension, he was shot at daily by criminals but Xan was no geek of the street he knew he was handy with the steel, he was holding back still like he held back in the waiting room. Danial lift the ground and swiftly moved with the wind and quickly closed the distance between himself and the hybrid and preformed a somersault in mid air to gain momentum for a drop kick that that was aimed at Xan's head.
*Danial isn't from the Avatar: The last air bender vers just to make it clear *

Donny sighed, trying to create a false impression of himself, trying not to expose much personality to his opponent. Donny smacked his right foot against the ground, causing a concealed butterfly blade to widen out of the shoe's installment patch. In the next second Pinter made his announcement, Donny quickly twists his body and then swings himself the opposite direction as Donny caused himself to spin on his upper back, swiping the blades on his boot at Cain. His image faded and reappeared in front of Cain, appearing with his kick held back and then unleashed at Cain again. As he landed back on his feet, ran up at the stunned Cain as he began throwing a combination of hooks and kicks at Cain, using his anticipation and mind reading as his only tools of defense along with his average fighting defense. Once he swings at Cain with his right, he used his left to draw his katana and fake a horizontal attack into the torso of Cain, causing himself to jump up, spin in mid air and swing the edge vertically down into Cain's shoulder.
Donny landed on his own ankle causing him to retreat after the strike and and pick his foot off his injured ankle. He showed a bit of discomfort but slowly got back into his stance as he puts his Katana away.

Xanatos didn't need to wonder how he could have missed. The sudden increase of air pressure told him that Daniel was, if nothing, faster than a speeding bullet...at least, when it came to manipulating the wind. The counterattack intrigued him, as he saw the windrider using his control to launch towards him, spinning about in an attempt to gather momentum for his strike. His response was simple, taking into account the inertia of the boy's body and the distance between them. Xanatos fell forward, spinning to the side, and rolled under Daniel's attack. Immediately, both hands gripping the pistol as he rolled onto his back, watching his opponent, he fired two more rounds at the soaring figure, this time aimed for his center mass. A curious thing happened, then: one moment two slugs were screaming towards the windrider, then the bullets seemed to section off, becoming a myriad of shrapnel ready to pepper the boy's back. I wonder, the hybrid thought to himself idly as he prepared to stand up, if he will be able to tell the difference between the bullet and the spread....

Bullets rained down on Daniel not giving him any chance to dodge he had no choice but to go intangible and let the bullets pass through him. Although he was not hurt it did drain him a bit. The air bender shifted back into solid form then started moving the air around Xanatos which would make it difficult to breath and hard to move. Danial had to take this fight to him with out any objects to hit him with he could only use the wind defensively. Alright here I go, he thought to himself to prepare for victory or defeat. Suddenly Danial shot himself at Xanatos again using the air behind him to enhance is speed, Danial cocked a fist tries to hit the hybrid this time not stopping with one attack he stays close to Xanatos circling around him trying to land a barrage of fists and kicks, I have to stay moving and not give him a chance to get a shot off.
'At least the first guy had purpose. This guy is just annoying' Cain thought as he dodged, weaved and teleported out of harms way. He rushed at Donny, and with a blast of wind knocked him backwards. He was cut in small areas, but it didn't matter. Hitosu had put on more damage than this. Cain stood his ground and started striking from a distance with different elements, making large explosions of fire, ice, lightning, and finishing off with holy.
"Another shape shifter?" Sinistar asked the still air of the arena. The metallic monster had appeared from nowhere. "You people are tiresome. Then again, I'm no different." As it spoke, it's shoulders split up and formed into miniature rocket launchers. They each fired two rockets at Balan. It followed the four missiles progress, and then teleported behind Balan, Grabbing him by the arms. Sinistar hoped to hold him until the missiles hit.
Donny did not even put any effort in defending himself from just an ordinary blast of wind he read seconds ago. His image has once again dissapeared and reappeared past the end of the blast. He just stood still, keeping target of Cain. "Yeah, as if i'm going to even put much extraordinary effort upon a being whose resort to defense is wind. I think physicality is all that I need here to win this battle." Donny responded to the thought of Cain just this once, giving Cain the Hint that he can read minds...He has yet to expose his other abilities. For now, he wanted to be underestimated in order for it to be too late for his opponent. He extended his hand forward and with a basic extent of his psionic, he possessed suppressed telekenetic control of Cain, planning on controlling him when necessary. Donny dropped his arm once this process finished. Suddenly, a weapon of psychic energy developed down the arm of Donny as it extended back his knees. It's visibility is only visible to certain telepaths.
"Come on now...I know you can do much better than that." Donny was going to let Cain hit him...there was more to bluff Cain with. Donny would have to stand still. His ankle was injured and he tried not to make this as obvious as it could have been. This was most inconvinient at the worst time, but while waiting to be struck, he tried to read and think this situation over without resorting to mind reading.

'You can read my mind, huh?' Cain asked mentally. 'Then you should know, air is one of the strongest elements, when used correctly.' Donny had made a mistake in letting it slip that he could read mind. Cain closed his eyes, and didn't think. instead he listened and reacted. A tiny flick of his Cain's fingers, and a sudden gust of wind blew out, catching Donny around the leg, tripping him over in a most humiliating way. Cain smiled. If Donny could read his mind, then the only thing to do was to surrender his mind and let his instincts take over. Of course it would makes things easier if the playing field was different - less level. Cain raised his hands the the arena was suddenly a jigsaw - his earth magic was splitting the floor apart, and parts of the land starting moving erratically, jumping up and down purely at random. 'Come and get me!' He taunted, looking down at Donny.
It was certainly one of the more unique experiences he's ever had, to feel the emptiness of a vacuum while still earthbound. Clearly, Daniel was taking this battle seriously, as this particular act could have spelled doom for a good number of the contestants, robbing them of one of the their core functions for living. Fortunately for the hybrid, he had not had to draw breath by necessity for a very long time. Advantage: Xanatos, and he quickly ran through his options to take advantage of his unique position, only to feel a slight twinge of surprise and grudging appreciation as he saw the windrider once again charging for the attack. It seemed he would not have an opportunity to sit back and observe his opponent, his preferred method of combat.
Daniel made another fatal error by forcing this vacuum upon him. He presented the hybrid with an opportunity to utilize his speed without the friction of an atmosphere to hold him back. This was beyond devastating, but once again Xanatos was not here to kill. So rather than use this unique advantage offensively, he crouched and leapt up, the strength of his legs enough to send him rocketing upward as the boy passed through beneath him. He then saw the windrider moving to engage him in close combat. By the time he reached him, however, the hybrid expected to be clear of the vacuum, and he fired a few more shots, knowing they would likely not hit their target, to both distract Daniel and allow him to gain further momentum.

Daniel didn't expect Xanatos to move so quickly out of the wind trap, Damn it did I create a vacuum, damn it I'm so stupid. he thought to himself. He reached the vacuum when Xanatos fired his gun leaving Danial no time to react, he was never faster then the bullets just smart enough to slow them but there was no time he didn't see this coming. The bullets hit their marks this time twice in the chest and one in the stomach, Danial tumbled to the ground he was in a world of pain and scared for his life. Tears fell from the windsurfers eyes,"No, I don't want to die..." he manage to say before he coughed up blood from his lungs, blood was pouring from his chest and stomach as well nothing could be done to save him. The raging winds died down until there was only silence, the teen laid lifeless on the arena floor his life cut short because of a pointless tournament. Xanatos was victorious and one step closer to the mystery prize.
"Only half correct," Jerixil's voice hissed. Unlike Ifrothrax, the demon knew exactly why Balan had called him, and was ready for a fight. The only thing he hadn't expected was Sinistar itself. Jerixil's specialty was mortals! Not whatever this thing was. Then again, no mere mortal could be as interesting as the gleaming monster that stood before them.
The moment Sinistar appeared, Balan had an attack prepared. As the missiles came towards him, he called Jerixil's trident to his empty hand. A cruel weapon, to be sure, crafted of infernal brimstone and Jerixil's own creation. Balan moved to destroy the missiles, when he noted that Sinistar had grabbed him. Perfect. With a roar, Jerixil's body burst into flames. Unlike normal fire, however, or even Hellfire, Jerixil's personal Sinfire was designed to cause the most pain and damage possible, to make it as tortuous as possible for sinners and evil beings. As the flames licked at Sinistar, Balan teleported himself out of his grasp and above the the monster, spreading demonic wings. With a flick of his hand, Balan also teleported Sinistar's missiles, transporting them to his former position in Sinistar's arms. With a laugh that was more Jerixil than Balan, he pointed his Trident of the Damned at Sinistar, prongs alite with more Sinfire. "I'll take no chances with you, Immortal," he said gravely. He slashed at the air with the Trident, launching three separate blasts of the torturous flame.
Hitosu noticed more people in this dimension he looked around seeing those who have been completely captured there expressions of pain in there realistic eyes were seen through "This is why when I sensed out Pintar he had more than one power level he is stealing there powers while there held prisoner its weird how does this place even work"
Kiyoshi awakened on a weird pedestal in the Pintar dimension he stood up for a second "what is this place I know i'm not home" Kiyoshi tried to move but his feet were turned to stone "What is this " Kiyoshi's body started to turn to stone "no this isn't happening this isn't happe-" Kiyoshi was turned to stone with a painful expression on his face

Vane awakened in an unfamiliar place, struggling to remain coherent. Where was this place? As Vane reformed the particles of his mist, he noticed he became less able to control it, like it was crystalizing on its own. The mist hardened, dropping to the ground as Vane looked on in horror. His body, now fully humanoid, was beginning to turn to stone, the mist solidifying into crystal even as the curse overtook it. Vane cried out, his hissing voice cut off mid scream.
Xanatos watched as Daniel bled out upon the arena floor. This was not how he wanted or was expecting the match to turn out. Worse still, the windrider's death meant there was one less possible ally against Pintar, though the hybrid also noted bitterly that it meant one less victim for whatever Pintar's plans were. With the walls still enclosing them and the need for hiding himself now nothing more than a pile of flesh, muscle, and bone on the ground, Xanatos spread his wings, the cloak billowing down into the groove between the feathery appendages, and glided back to the ground, landing beside the corpse.
"Wherever you came from, you're likely in a better place now," the hybrid said quietly. He looked at the lifeless corpse and made a decision. "Unfortunately," he added as he began removing his various weapons, planting the swords into the dirt of the arena, resting the scythe against it and hanging the pouch and holsters from the curved blade, gun once against strapped into the holder, "I can't afford to have you resting yet." Now left with only the clothes on his body, Xanatos spread his wings out to their full span, raising his arms in the same fashion.
He stood there for a moment, with the sounds of battle emanating from beyond the walls where the other contestants engaged in furious battle, body rigid and upright like a statue. Then he began to rise into the air slowly, but not propelled by his wings which were still spread out to either side of him. Rising to roughly twenty feet in the air, a change began to come over the hybrid. His pale, undead skin seemed to lighten, reacquiring the soft pigment of life. It continued, however, until his flesh was literally glowing, emitting a pure light. His white clothes seemed to shift, becoming a long, radiating robe of such pure white it put his previous garments to shame, further reflecting the aura emanating from him, blinding in its intensity. Even his hair and wings seemed to brighten in its contrast. The wings seemed to swell, the feathers growing out of control, only to separate, becoming first two, then four new wings, for a total of six, spreading behind him at angles, massive feathery limbs that glowed with pure light so intense it would be a wonder if the other contestants wouldn't notice it.
The hybrid began to slowly descend, lowering his arms in the process. The six wings ruffled as they came to life, and folded around his body almost like a sphere, covering him from view and dimming the light to just below human tolerance, except for his face, which in the light looked serene, even transcendent. He opened his eyes at last, and the blank whites were replaced, now suddenly bearing irises and pupils of light, twin pearls floating amidst a sea of molten silver. Xanatos had changed forms, the blood of the Vampyre falling dormant as he brought forth the life of the Angel within him. Now he bore closer resemblance to those holy beings of the highest order, the Seraphim, and so he called himself Xeraph. The hybrid looked down upon the empty shell before him, and a soft smile passed across his lips. His arm, illuminated with divine power, slipped through the wall of feathers surrounding him and touched the corpse of Daniel the windrider.
Instantly, the body began to glow with that pure light. The blood soaked ground receded towards the boy's fallen form, while through the holes in his shirt the bullet holes were visibly closing, rent flesh and muscle knitting anew. With the body repaired, the glow surrounding it seemed to sink into the cloth and skin, the divine essence passing into and through that physical realm, connecting to the place where only the divine may enter. The power surged through, summoning Daniel's spirit and consciousness from Rapture and coaxing it back to its anchor in the physical world. The windrider was alive once again. Satisfied that his work was completed, Xeraph removed his hand from Daniel's back and he rose, taking a few steps back to allow the boy to reacquaint himself with the world of the living.

Danial gasped for air, opened his eyes wide for a second there everything went black. Danial sat up and rubbed his head remembering want happened, he looked down at his chest and stomach to see the bullet holes but there was nothing there. "What happened, I thought I was shot..." he said looking up at Xanatos but he looked different, he looked like an angel, Danial couldn't stop starring he was so beautiful. The boy blushed and turned away, "I was...dead, right? but you brought me back to life?" Danial was so confused, did he die or was he just badly injured, and if he did die did a being really possessed the power to bring someone back to life?
Pintar examined the fight between Xanatos's and Daniel "The ability to bring back someone before they die that is a useful skill

Jackie arrived to his designated location for his next fight. He had no idea how he made it here but he was not one to argue about the strange and illogical things that happens in Mr. Pintar's world. He was up for his next battle and saw that it was another female, this one with swords instead of guns. Swords meant that this would more than likely be a close quarter battle which was more than fine by Jackie. He would subdue the young woman as fast as possible to avoid seriously injuring her or taxing his body's energy.
He stood about fifteen feet from her and switched to his fighting stance. "I do not harbor any hatred towards you, I will not kill you so let us fight honorably." Jackie then awaited her reply be it verbally or physically he was as ready as he could be.
Zero watch the old man walk into the arena and started talking, "Whatever lets just get this over with, try not to blink you might miss something," Zero said before taking her twin katanas out. I don't know what this guy can do but theres no way this old man is as fast as me but I should still be safe about this. The cat girl leaned forward and vanished only leaving an after image of herself, she speed to the walls and bounced off the walls to keep her possession random. Alright time to see how this old man reacts to my attacks, she slashed at Jackie only trying to give him shallow cuts aimed for his hamstrings. Zero never stopped moving continuing to bounce around wall to wall attacking from every direction.
Donny looked around the surrounding illusion that trapped him under total control of the opposition. Yet, this did not worry Donny much as expected by Cain. He felt that the psychic blade would automatically destroy his opponent mentally and the materialistic essences of this dimension. He knew there was no way to reach his opponent in this dimension and if he did not act quick enough, he may be led into a trap that can be very costly. He took time to develop the weapon on both arms as he began walking towards Cain, without any idea...he was going to go with total instinct for this battle...and whatever occurs to him, he will act upon it.
Donny pulled out a Magnum, extended his arm towards Cain with the weapon aimed in the direction of the being and pulled the trigger, just testing the materialism in this illusion as the parabellum bullet made it's way to Cain. He would soon begin to experiment with the illusion until he begins to take control of it through his own figurative methods of illusions through mimicry and telepathy...

Xeraph nodded slowly in response to Daniel's questions. He then spread his six wings, allowing the blinding light to radiate out, blocking Daniel's view of the hybrid. For all its intensity, the light never hurt the boy, though, and would even instill a sense of calm, of confidence and belief in himself. Suddenly, the light is gone, and Xanatos stands as he was before, cloak wrapped around his frame, white eyes looking at the windrider.
"This battle is over. Do you yield?" the hybrid asked the boy, a cold chilld in his voice. Before he could respond, however, the hybrid touched his mind, passing along a string of thoughts. Your life has been restored, Daniel Summers, but at a price. Listen to what I say and do as I ask, and your debt will be repaid. The one known as Pintar is not to be trusted. He has plans for us all; plans that could mean the ruin of many worlds, including yours. In order to discover his motives, I require allies among the defeated, allies that can gather information and take action where I cannot. The summoner, Balan, has already joined my side, and I believe you would join of your own free will, were your life were not in my hands. Assuming Balan is among the defeated, then you shall seek each other out and learn what you can. If not, then you must do what you can on your own. Search for the others that have fallen, make them aware of Pintar's treachery, and convince them to join this cause. If you understand the responsibility I place upon you and accept it, you need only nod your head.
It was a lot to put on the boy's shoulders, but Xanatos had looked into the mind of the windrider, and he knew that Daniel had the potential that the hybrid was looking for. So he waited for Daniel's reaction, and considered the chances that he was sending the boy into a trap. Things were in motion, and the wheels of fortune would need to be on their side. A little help from the wind would do wonders...
