In a standard fight I'm tempted to give an even split depending on who's on the Authority team. With even prep the Authority wins slightly more. With one-sided prep he stomps.
Are you kidding me? The authroity stomps. Jenny Q and Habib could wipe the bleed white with his ass 1000/10. There wasn't a formation of the authority weak enough to loose to him.
He'd require a lot of onesided prep to take them down.
At his best Majestic was moving planets on his own and sustaining greater than light speeds for weeks at a time. Sure he has kinda sucked since Worldstorm but at his best he would smash right through the Authority.

At his best he would smash himself into a dimension of pure itchiness a picosecond after he raised a finger agaisnt habib or quantum. Moving a planet and moving at lightspeed is nothing compard to what Thorndike was doing, let alone Hassan. Even Apollo could minimally hold his own against Majestic for a few seconds.

They still had throndike, he could do it by himself.
Covering the power gap to take a doctor down, let alone adoctor and Jenny, would require a lot of prep. Of course, with his superspeed it'd be done a lot quicker than any normal speed character could do it.
Which is all fine and dandy assuming Majestic is just standing around doing nothing and not... you know... blitzing him at light speed. Apollo doesn't have feats that are a fraction as impressive as Majestic at his best, but he might be able to put up a short fight before getting railed by current Majestic.

And Jeroen had psychological problems as well as only human speed. With prep either Doctor could win by themselves if Majestic can't build a counter.

Majestics solo series clashes with Captain Atom: Armegeddon, considering he was basically running around non stop since getting back from the DCU. not to mention he died at the end of it (So how could he also die with the Wildstorm universe?)
Really, they never gave a good explanation on why he stopped being a universal.. (Him saying "I got over myself" is more of a lampshade then an explanation..)
I like to think universal Majestic altered reality and created an alternate Maj..
