Kurse severely owned BRB with only a few hits (something not even the Surfer-wrecking B&T Thor could do) -- Kurse easily dispatched Thor numerous times... Even when he was wearing the BoS -- Kurse destroyed half of Hela's realm, and was immune to her powers. Etc.
Unless Maestro is packing some iron weaponry, Kurse is going to beat that ass.

...After cheap-shotting Bill with his board. Before that, Surfer's attacks were quite ineffectual. Regardless, those blows caused Bill absolutely NO lasting damage -- so the word "wrecked" is an extremely poor description of what happened.
Other side of the coin, Kurse very nearly killed Bill with roughly the same amount of blows. HUGE difference.
