Wont matter Kingpin is better in every facet then Tobias. If they where in the same universe Tobias would be an underboss working for Fisk.

Kingpin was beaten up by a spidey holding back just enough not to kill him.

Ever street-level human without super powers would have gotten the same treatment.

Hardly an endictment against Fisk getting beaten up by a bloodlusted 15 tonner
