No, he said they were the most "Dangerous" being in the universe.
That's because if the two personalities are 'discordant', arguing too much, there is a risk that they could start a new big bang, destroying the universe.
so they have the power to create a big bang, which is abstract power. Unless they are incompetent as usual, there is no way the SS could defeat them. This thread is nonsense and feels like spite.

Interesting, but that hardly gives us any indication of improved fighting prowess, only the source of his power and its potential danger (to the universe, himself included). To say that he is now the most powerful being in the universe just based on that, is entirely misleading.

Anyhow, should having universe destroying/recreating power make FS more powerful than Surfer? Absolutely. But I'm not going to argue that until he's got some substantiated feats.
