I give the majority to WW, as long as she has her Bracers (which she normally would, even when she doesn't have the lasso with her, which has happened on occasion in the comics). Not sure what spread I'd give, tough... will have to think about it...

I'd give WW the win in all 3.
HtH only, well he's not particularly exceptional in that category so she wins.
Full capabilities or full minus rope, she'll win. He can make a good fight of it, he's a good flying blaster, and it'll be somewhat easier with the lasso, but WW has the chops to take down Nate even without it.
