Assuming standard rules (reasonable pre-knowledge of opponents abilities), Rogue's absorption abilities can be mitigated by ranged powers/effects, and/or accessories by most of those listed (Mary is the least versatile in that regard, and would have to finesse things a bit).

Also, assumes standard WW, as opposed to current story-arc:

Wonder Woman (only just marginally over...)
PowerGirl
SuperGirl
Mary Marvel (though she puts up a good fight against the above ladies)
Gamora/Ms. Marvel in a circumstantial split
Rogue

... with the caveat that Rogue's powers can be a wild card in the spread.
