The suit takes time to regenerate separate abilities, but he has a massive amount of abilities to cycle through. If he has to Bruce can avoid Colossus long enough to regenerate.

The powers I have seen out of it include:

Superspeed
GL Powers
Concussive Blasts
Invisibility
Lasso lie detector/Electro shock
Heat Vision / Cyclops Mode
Flight
I may be forgetting a few....

As well as it's highly durable allowing him to fight characters like Geo-Force.

I checked it out. He doesnt really have GL powers as much as a big green concussive blast - among other types of concussive blasts.

I don't see him having anything strong enough to take out Colossus erm
