I don't think he does. Reminds me of when Captain America faced off against Ulik and Thor was concerned about Cap getting anywhere near him. Without that bit of iron down the throat trick Thor would have been right. Cap was lucky to walk away from that fight. What can Night Crawler do except poof nonstop and try to survive? Ulik was able to bite Cap. NC comes off as a bit more agile than Cap but he's going to eventually run out of luck. This is a stomp but it's a drawn out eventual stomp.
