black bolt can end the fight before it even starts..

not sure how holocaust would do with draining BB's life force.

physically all BB can do is destroy his armor but holocaust is pure energy so may not harm him or dissipate him in time but simply make him intangible and immune to conventional attacks.

BB is a matter manipulator on a molecular level- and has been shown creating anti-matter at will. Even a pure energy form isn't immune to those kinds of assaults.

Holocaust has no shot here.
