Horcruxes melted in the nuke detonation.
Also Lightsabres'd/blasters/thermal detonators would most likely destroy horcruxes, force crushes too.
It doesnt really matter what the afterlife capabilities of wizards are anyways, once Hogwarts was destroyed, the thread was won, anyways.
