I remember reading and issue of JLA when I was a teen and Amazo smashed up Supe's face pretty good. Bruises all over.

Amazo wins.

Actually Amazo would probably become infected by the Phallanx and become one of the select elite and join team 1. Then Brainiac gets stomped.

I agree with the end of your post. They would all fall in under Ultron's leadership. Brainiac would be hacked, or he would willingly become a part of the Phalanx.

Some versions would certainly be more vulnerable to Ultron's technopathy then others would.
