all that in a comic lets see him pass mustard in a forum fight..

plus in one of your scans a fairly recent one spidey talks about making a special patch fire retardant. i am aware he has used webbing to smother small normal fires that is far different from putting out or being able to resist Molten Man or anyone in his caliber of heat..

Molten Man not goofin around would turn up the head to kill him and in a high end heat he be magma molten metal..

so unless you think his standard webbing is sufficient for that type of heat i dont see spidey keeping a hand when punching him and getting it covered in molten metal

MM doesnt have the speed to kill him. Web gloves would protect Parker's fist from the heat. His current standart webbing, the one he always has on him. SM would kick his ass like he's done many times in the past.
