I don't know about current, but in his fights with Spidey, BT seemed to tank everything Pete tossed at him, in addition to taking attacks from giant mech armor, and didn't slow down...

Can't Spidey match Sabertooth?

spidey did literally no damage to him. hard to say he could do enough damage to sabes though to ko him. i certainly think it would be a lot closer than some do, but since we never really saw bt maxxed out, tough to say he could beat tooth.
